We offer the following menu options or we can customize a menu to meet your specific needs. We require a 48 hour notice for all orders.
Pricing for Catering
Choose from the following options:
One Meat and One Side-$9 per person
Two Meats and Two Sides-$12 per person
Three meats and Three sides-$14 per person
Meat Choices include: Brisket, Pulled Pork, Pork Steaks and Pulled or Cut-up Chicken. Ribs may be substituted at an additional charge.
Sides include your choice of: Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Baked Beans, Green Beans , Corn Bread, Applesauce
Additional charges may apply for on-site catering with The Ques Brothers BBQ Trailer and set-ups.
Pricing for Pick-up
Ribs: Full Slab-$22 (St. Louis Style Spare Ribs) *
Brisket: $13 Per Lb.*
Pulled Pork: $12 Per Lb.*
Pulled Or Cut-Up Chicken: $11 Per Lb.*
Plan on half a pound per person on meats and an average of 3 to 4 Rib bones per person.
Sides: Based on half pan sizes, 11″x9″x2″ $20 each for those listed below.
Cole Slaw: Creamy or Vinegar & Oil
Or feel free to suggest others. We will certainly try to accommodate you.
Breads and Buns can be supplied at additional cost.
Sauce is always available upon request, but we tend to let the meat speak for itself.
*All meats are smoked low and slow at 225 degrees with a combination of fruit woods, with no artificial additives or flavorings. All meat is Dry Rubbed (seasoned) prior to smoking process.
