The Ques Brothers BBQ, LLC was established in 2013 to cater to the many people who have asked how they can enjoy our barbeque. Pitmaster, Jim Arciszewski has always had a passion for BBQ. Jim started catering events in the late 1980s when he was asked to cook for the hospitality tent for many Budweiser sponsored sporting events including auto racing, speed boat racing, and private distributorship parties. At the same time, Jim, his brother and his long-time friends formed a BBQ team. The team has participated in many competitions. As part of those competitions, The Ques Brothers have also participated as a food vendor and received rave reviews for their ribs and sauces. Jim has catered many private parties and events and his many years of experience in the BBQ field have made him an expert in meat preparation, as well as custom rubs and sauces. As The Ques Brothers BBQ, LLC, we focus on on-site catering for private parties, company events and various sports and competition venues. The purchase of our custom food trailer allows us to cook on site to enhance our customer’s experience. We look forward to helping you plan your next catering event!
